1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Q: What is your MOQ for glass bottles?
A: Our standard MOQ is 100,000 pieces, depending on the bottle type and customization level. Small trial orders may be possible with additional fees.

Q: Can I order a small batch for testing?
A: Yes, we support small-batch trial orders (e.g.,10,000 pieces) for product validation, but additional mold/setup costs may apply.

2. Customization & Design

Q: Can you customize bottle shapes, colors, and logos?
A: Yes! We offer OEM/ODM services, including:

Shape/Size: Unique molds for special designs.

Colors: Transparent, red,blue, green, etc.

Finishes: Embossing, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating.

Q: How long does mold development take?
A: Typically 15-30 days, depending on complexity.

3. Production & Lead Time

Q: What’s your production lead time?
A:

  • Standard orders: 15-25 days.
  • Custom orders: 30-50 days (includes mold creation).
  • Urgent orders: Expedited service available (+10-30% fee).

Q: Can I track my order status?
A: Yes, we provide real-time updates and photos during production.

4. Quality & Certifications

Q: Are your bottles food-safe and eco-friendly?
A: Absolutely! Our products comply with:

  • FDA, LFGB, CE (food contact safety).
  • ISO 9001, BRC (quality management).

Q: How do you ensure quality control?
A: We conduct 3-stage inspections: raw materials, production line, and pre-shipment checks.

5. Packaging & Shipping

Q: How are bottles packed to prevent breakage?
A: We use:

  •  Wooden pallets or Carton for protection

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A:

  • By sea: FOB/CIF (best for large orders).
  • DDP: Door-to-door service (taxes included).

6. Pricing & Payment

Q: How is pricing calculated?
A: Factors include:

  • Material (soda-lime, borosilicate).
  • Customization (mold cost, decoration).
  • Order volume (discounts for bulk orders).

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A:

  • Deposit: 30% -50% upfront payment (to initiate production)
  • Balance:Paid in full before shipment;accepted methods include T/T,L/C(Letter of Credit),etc.
  • Invoices: Provided as standard VAT or special VAT invoices

7. After-Sales Service

Q: What if I receive damaged goods?
A:   free replacements for transit damage (proof required) ;Generally , to account for potential breakage during transit, we typically include additional bottles (1-3% of the order quantity) with each shipment at no extra cost.

Q: Do you provide design support?
A: Yes! Our team assists with  label design, and regulatory compliance

A: Yes! We use 100% recyclable glass and offer:
